These terms cover your use of lumennexus.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. They do not cover work we do for clients — that is governed by a separate agreement signed for each project.

What this site is for

It describes what we build and lets you get in touch. Everything on it is general information about our services. It is not technical, legal or financial advice, and nothing here is a binding offer to provide services on particular terms — scope and price are agreed in writing for each engagement.

Submitting an enquiry

Please give us accurate contact details and a fair description of what you need. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed.

Submitting a review

If you submit a review you confirm that:

• it reflects your genuine experience of working with us;
• you are who you say you are, and may use the name, company and role you give;
• any photo you attach is yours to share, and you are happy for it to be shown publicly;
• you give us permission to publish it on this site.

We read every review before it appears and may decline to publish, or later remove, anything we believe is untrue, offensive, unlawful, or not from a real client. We may correct obvious typing errors, but we will not change the substance of what you wrote. You can ask us to remove your review at any time by emailing us.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through either form;
• use the forms to send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages;
• attempt to bypass the security measures on this site, or probe, scan or overload it;
• copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission;
• submit anyone else’s personal information without their agreement.

We limit how often the forms can be used from one source. This is a security measure, not a judgement about you — if it blocks you unfairly, email us.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission, apart from third-party logos, which remain the property of their owners and appear only to indicate the tools we work with. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be reachable or error-free. We may change or remove any part of it without notice. Some parts rely on third-party services; if those are unavailable, features such as the forms may stop working temporarily.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site, including lost profit, lost business, or loss caused by relying on general information published here rather than advice given for your specific situation.
